Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Link Studio. Please read these terms carefully.

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Link Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate the Link Studio website-building platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Section A: General Use

1. Platform Description

Link Studio is a mobile-first website builder that lets creators and businesses publish and customize micro websites with no code. The Service includes features such as page publishing on Link Studio subdomains or custom domains, built-in forms, email subscriber collection and broadcast emails, page-view analytics, QR codes, and AI-assisted editing tools.

2. Service Availability

  • We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.
  • We may modify, add, or remove features as the platform evolves.
  • For changes that would materially reduce functionality you rely on, or that affect stored data, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance so you can export or adjust your content.
  • You are responsible for keeping copies of any content you cannot afford to lose.

3. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Section B: Acceptable Use & Content Policy

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Link Studio to:

  • Host phishing, fraudulent, or scam links
  • Spread discriminatory, abusive, or illegal content
  • Infringe upon copyrights or intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate others or mislead visitors
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through any feature of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or content violating these terms.

5. Visitor Data, Forms & Email Broadcasts

The Service lets you collect information from visitors of your published pages, for example through built-in forms (such as leads, bookings, and messages), email subscriber lists, and page-view analytics. For that data, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. You agree that:

  • You are responsible for the visitor data you collect, including having a lawful basis or consent to collect it and complying with the privacy laws that apply to you and your visitors.
  • You will only send broadcast emails to people who subscribed through your page or otherwise gave you permission to email them. Importing or emailing purchased, rented, or scraped address lists is not allowed.
  • Every broadcast email sent through the Service includes an unsubscribe link. You must not attempt to remove, hide, or circumvent it, and you must honor unsubscribe requests.
  • We may suspend email sending, forms, or your account if your usage generates spam reports, abuse complaints, or otherwise puts the platform or other users at risk.
  • Visitor data you collect belongs to you. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Abuse Disclaimer

We do not take responsibility for:

  • Any harm caused by content created by our users
  • Links that lead to scams, phishing, or other malicious content
  • Fraud, discrimination, or illegal activity posted by third-party creators

To report abusive content or an intellectual property complaint, contact us at linkstudiodev@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts where appropriate.

Section C: Subscriptions & Payments

7. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed upfront on a recurring basis (monthly/annually).
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, applies taxes where required, and issues receipts. We do not receive or store your full card details for Paddle transactions.
  • By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize charges in accordance with the checkout terms shown at purchase.

8. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or through the link on your Paddle receipt.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • After your paid period ends, your account moves to the free plan and free-plan limits apply.

9. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. In summary, subject to applicable law and Paddle's role as Merchant of Record, you may request a full refund within 30 days of a charge; after that, fees are generally non-refundable except where we, Paddle, or the law requires otherwise.

Please test the platform with a free account before committing to a paid plan.

10. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, your premium access may be suspended or downgraded.
  • We may attempt to reprocess the payment within a grace period.

11. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to change prices or subscription plans.
  • You will be notified in advance of any changes. Continued use implies acceptance of the new pricing.

Section D: Features & Ownership

12. Ownership Transfer Feature

  • Creators can transfer ownership of a page or project to another Link Studio user, for example a client.
  • A transfer includes the page and the data attached to it, which may include visitor data collected through that page (such as form submissions and subscriber lists). The new owner assumes responsibility for that data from the moment of transfer.
  • You are solely responsible for any legal, financial, or technical obligations that result from a transfer, and we are not responsible for transactions or disputes between users arising from this feature.

13. Content & Intellectual Property

  • You retain full rights to content you create.
  • However, by using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
  • All platform code, features, and designs remain the property of Link Studio.

Section E: Legal

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of content or data, except where caused by our willful misconduct
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Harm caused by third-party misuse of the platform
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You misuse or abuse the service
  • It is necessary to protect platform integrity

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time.

Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms, abuse reports, and intellectual property complaints can be sent to linkstudiodev@gmail.com.

Data We Process on Behalf of Creators

Published Creator pages can collect information from Visitors. For this data, the Creator is the data controller and we act as a processor on the Creator's behalf. This includes:

  • Form submissions: information a Visitor types into a form on a Creator's page, such as a name, email address, phone number, or message.
  • Email subscriptions: the email address a Visitor submits to subscribe to a Creator's updates. Broadcast emails are sent on the Creator's behalf, and every broadcast includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Page analytics: when a Visitor views a published page, we process technical data such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, device information, referral/UTM parameters, and a visitor cookie, to provide the Creator with page-view analytics.

We process this data only to operate the Service for the Creator. If you are a Visitor and want your data corrected or deleted, the fastest path is to contact the owner of the page you interacted with. You can also contact us at linkstudiodev@gmail.com and we will assist, including passing your request to the Creator where appropriate.

If a Creator transfers ownership of a page to another user, the data collected through that page (such as form submissions and subscriber lists) transfers with it, and the new owner becomes responsible for it. If a Creator deletes their data or account, the Visitor data attached to it is deleted as well, except where we must retain it for legal reasons.

Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for Link Studio Dev.

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Link Studio offers paid features through subscriptions, processed by our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Money-back window

Subject to the exceptions below and any longer rights that apply where you live (for example, statutory withdrawal or cooling-off periods), you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase or subscription charge if the service does not meet your expectations.

After that 30-day period, fees are generally non-refundable, except where we agree otherwise, Paddle or applicable law requires a refund, or your case falls under section 2.

Outside the 30-day window, we typically do not refund for:

  • Change of mind following the refund window
  • Partial usage or unused time on a billing period
  • Compatibility issues outside our stated requirements
  • Downtime or roadmap changes already disclosed in our Terms

A refund is different from a cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, and your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Terms for details.

2. Billing errors, fraud, and legal requirements

We (or Paddle, as Merchant of Record) may issue a refund when appropriate for:

  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)
  • Cases where a refund is required by applicable law or by Paddle's buyer policies

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. How to Request a Review

If you want to request a refund within the 30-day window or believe your payment qualifies under section 2, contact our support channel (or Paddle buyer support as directed on your receipt) and include:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction date and payment reference
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (for example, duplicate receipt screenshots)

We may request additional information before making a final decision.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or limit access to paid features while the dispute is under review.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
