Form
The Form block collects information from your visitors: contact messages, sign-ups, feedback, and more. You choose the fields, and entries are saved to your dashboard.
How to add it
EditorInsert (⌘/)Building BlocksFormOpen the Insert menu (the plus button, or press ⌘ /), search for Form under Building Blocks, and choose where to place it.

Settings
Fields
The list of inputs to collect. Each field has a Key, a Label, an optional Description, a Required toggle, a Type, and (for choice fields) a set of Options.
Button Label
The text on the submit button.
Field types include Text, Email, Number, Textarea, Checkbox, Radio, and Select.
Styling
The Form has Appearance and Border. See Common Fields.
